NWU has declared "Non-smoking and Smoke-free Campus"

　Our guiding principle is "Kindness," and the first step in the practice of kindness is not to trouble others. Therefore, since 2003, We have prohibited smoking inside all its campuses. Students wishing to enter the University should be fully aware of this policy.
